At Shirtyfy, every product is made to order, which means we print it just for you. That’s why we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional stores.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you covered.

What to do:

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


2. Change of Mind / Wrong Size

❌ Because all of our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Changing your mind after the order is placed
  • Ordering the wrong color or design

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to help.


4. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
